The Firm Ground Coffee was built on faith, service, and the belief that what we consume each day should point us toward what truly matters.

For more than 20 years, I've served others as a registered nurse, caring for people in some of their most vulnerable moments. For over a decade, I've also served as a pastor of a small country church, walking alongside families through both joy and hardship. In both callings, I've learned the same truth: people don't just need answers — they need compassion, presence, and hope.

The Firm Ground Coffee was created to bring that same heart into everyday life. We believe mornings matter. A quiet moment with a cup of coffee can become a space to slow down, reflect, pray, and reset your foundation before the noise of the day begins.

Our name comes from Jesus' words in Matthew 7:24 — building your life on firm ground by hearing His words and putting them into practice. That verse shapes everything we do.

We also believe faith should be lived out through action. That's why we commit to tithing 10% of total sales to Samaritan's Purse, supporting their work of feeding the hungry, clothing the poor, and caring for those in need around the world. As Matthew 25:35 reminds us:

"For I was hungry and you gave Me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave Me something to drink…"
